Sentinels of The Lost
A downloadable game for Windows
Sentinels of The Lost is an online only 2-player cooperative horde mode game for the PC designed from the ground up for friends who love to play together.
Players will choose between one of two sentinels, each with a vastly different set of skills, and work together to defend their crystal against waves of enemies hell-bent on destroying it.
Battling through the various types of enemies and encounters will reward players with loot that will empower their sentinels to aid in the defense of the crystal. Finishing each phase of waves will culminate in a tough and mechanically driven boss fight to test your ability to work together as well as your mastery of your chosen sentinel.

Quite the fun and engaging indie experience - I played this with my partner and caught myself being so engaged at the colorful/bright world. You can tell that the developer put a lot of attention to detail to creating the level and applying a cell shaded effect to enhance it further.
I also loved walking around in between waves and seeing all the cats in the level ( I shall not say more!).
From a gameplay perspective, I started noticing that simply using a base set of skills wouldn't optimize my damage. I had to really try to coordinate with my buddy to use the best set of skills for the wave that was coming up next and swap between other skills for added CC - Whether it was a slow or damage mark to destroy single targets. I absolutely LOVED to work for my successes with my partner.
I would definitely recommend this to folks that want to have a good time with a significant other / friend.
